the location offered easy access from gare du nord using a short bus ride. the area felt local with good connections via bus, tram, and the metro.. it was convenient for reaching main attractions. the hotel presented a modern feel and the staff seemed friendly.
i noticed a slight lack of variety in the snack options considering the overall cost of the stay.

The staff was friendly. The hotel provides complimentary drinks and snacks . I appreciated this service. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night. The reception was often unattended. Sometimes no one was there. I had to wait upon arrival. I had to wait for check-in.

The room felt spacious and very clean. The view across the city allowed me to see Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. The lounge area allowed guests to serve themselves tea or coffees.
The area around this hotel has limited attractions. There is only one restaurant near the hotel besides the hotel restaurant. Public transportation options are limited late at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is quite convenient, especially since the train station is very close. i liked the complimentary snacks and drinks offered. It felt special.
there was no mini fridge in the room. but it wasn't a big problem, because i found ice in the hall.

the lounge is very convenient, open 24/7 with unlimited drinks and snacks. it felt very comfortable and cute. the staff were friendly and ready to help with requests. the separate ironing room was a nice touch.
the air conditioning did not feel strong enough and the room became very humid, even though i wanted to sleep comfortably.

the staff are nice and helpful here, always happy to try assist.
The room a/c did not seem to work properly, even after i set it. it was uncomfortably warm, so it was not easy getting decent sleep. breakfast lacked a lot of choices. I really needed more options.

the staff was friendly and efficient. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, great. i found the unlimited snack service a nice touch. the location is very convenient with the train station being right next door.
the room lacked a mini fridge, which i found inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. there was no replacement of coffee capsules or trash removal , just bed making. this felt a little incomplete for the price.
